Marketing & Strategy
To conduct online & offline research and monitor trending marketing strategies for the growth of partners and to improve brand awareness.
Prepare marketing plans, understand & implement promotional programs.
Help to generate leads for services based on promotional activities.
Provide data related to marketing strategies.
Create a range of different marketing materials relevant to the industry.
Operations
Formulate strategies to identify new areas of revenue.
Prepare the Annual / Quarterly / Monthly media plans/reports.
Offer suggestions and work with the Design team on all in-house designs and branding related activities in accordance with the company’s design philosophy.
Send a review/feedback email post milestones.
Create and update the database of all marketing related information and materials.
Communications
Maintain effective internal communication with the other departments with regards to marketing activities.
Contribute to the team with ideas & suggestions that helps in accomplishing/achieving the desired goal.
Coordinate with the Design Department to ensure all marketing content is appropriate according to the design philosophy of the company.
Effectively communicate minor changes and alterations made by Management.
Coordinate with the Photographers/Videographers to deliver required images/videos to a deadline.
Coordinate effectively with the web development team on managing the website.
Respond to all possible event queries efficiently.
Digital Marketing
Create marketing campaign content for social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more.
Formulate the design strategy of the website keeping in mind the design philosophy of the company.
Maintain the overall functionality of the website and keep it updated with the latest images, company info, and accolades.
Produce valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organize the company’s publications.
Suggest appropriate topics & create content for blogs.
Assist in selection & editorial work related to event images that are captured during events to be displayed on digital platforms.
Assist and observe the strategies for SEO and give suggestions in order to extend the reach and presence of the website.
